Traveling Trigger Point Workshops for Professionals
to Learn Proper Myotherapy!

“Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy is a method of relaxing muscle spasm, improving circulation and alleviating pain. To defuse “trigger points,” pressure is applied to the muscle for several seconds by means of fingers, knuckles and elbows. The success of this method depends on the use of specific corrective exercise for the freed muscles. The method was developed by Bonnie Prudden in 1976.”
— Taber’s Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary.

Sadly “MYOTHERAPY” has become a generic term, as my mentor, teacher and the founder Bonnie Prudden did not trademark the word. In its original and pure form it means to give muscle therapy to those irritable spots in the muscle which produce pain and inhibit circulation. Additionally a “Corrective Exercise” works the muscle to its full range of motion and within weeks re-educates the muscle memory.

In small groups with other seasoned body work professionals, learn how to properly employ “Trigger Point Myotherapy” along with the “Corrective Exercises” that will greatly enhance the authentic skills for “Pain Erasure” that your clients or patients need!

The video has been a helpful reminder to people new to this quick way to move each compartment in the proper way. Spending just several seconds or 2-3 times is enough. Don’t forget to aim for 10 times a day so within one week you can really FEEL the lasting relief.

If a movement hurts, stop.
Try it again in a few hours.
Eventually it will not hurt.
Then repeat 3 times.

To your flexibility!
